Armstrong Animal Clinic

Dr. Aquino and Emily and all the staff are so great at Armstrong. Having 4 dogs, it’s so important to have a trustworthy and knowledgeable veterinarian. Every time we bring one of our dogs in, they are so transparent in what is needed. They never make us feel rushed and take the time to answer any questions I have. Having a dog with a challenging personality, Dr. Aquino goes above and beyond to earn her trust and make her feel safe. It’s such a relief to know my fur kids are in good hands. We have been to so many vets over the years and this one by far stands out as the best. I recommend 10/10!

Best Vet Hospital in NC! The doctors and staff treat you with respect and sincerity. They are patient, kind, and wholeheartedly care for your furbaby as if they were their own. Their prices are also very reasonable for being in the heart of Charlotte. I just moved away, but the most recent vet I visited down the street was so disrespectful and rude that I'll drive the 45 min to go back to Armstrong!

Had to let our black lab miss Sadie go to heaven! She was a very good dog and companion for 8 years. She belonged to my wife's brother before for 5 years. We lost Randy and we loved her. The staff at Armstrong animal clinic were outstanding!!! Sadie was a bomb service dog and saved many lives. They did not make her pay for any thing, she was a great dog and we miss her very much. Goings to put her ashes with Randy! Thank you

I have gone here for over a year & very much liked it due to how nice the staff is as well as how quickly I get in. I understand having snags or delays with appointments, but my time was completely disregarded. I sat in the waiting room for a nail trimming for over 20 minutes after my appointment's time. I think that if I make an appointment for a certain time I think it is appropriate not to waste almost half an hour of my time during the work day. Front staff also said nothing or kept me updated

I have to say, I am seriously considering switching over to this vet practice! I contacted the clinic to see if they could assist with getting my dog (Sammy) up to date on vaccines for international travel. Many of the vets in the Charlotte area require you go through a 3rd party company and with my time constraint I wasn’t comfortable going that route. so I opted to call around and that’s when I found this clinic. All of my questions were answered over the phone and they got me in the same day! Upon arriving Dr. Aquino gave me the full run down of what was required, what to expect for turnaround time, and any work I would need to do on my end to ensure I had proper documentation for our trip. He was well versed in the International Health Certificate process and put my mind at ease as it was very clear he understood what was needed and managed my last minute request with great detail and attention. He had print outs of the requirements handy and highlighted areas I should take note and/or act on before our departure date. The Dr. and vet tech treated Sammy with care and were swift in getting him examined and offered him his favorite (milk-bone) at the end of the visit. I like my current vet BUT I could see the diligence that Dr. Aquino and his staff put in to ensure I understood the process, that they were managing the process thoroughly, and that Sammy was in great care. A+ to this clinic and their staff!
